WHAT IS THE BEST PRICE GUARANTEE?
It’s simple! Bluestone guarantees you’re getting the best price for our services. If you should find a better price from another contractor offering the same service, Bluestone will beat the competitors’ prices by 5%.
WHAT DOES THE BEST PRICE GUARANTEE APPLY TO?
The Best Price Guarantee applies to abatement and remediation services performed directly by Bluestone only. It does not apply to subcontractors performing turnkey services such as clearance inspections, roof repairs, and ventilation corrections.
HOW DO I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE BEST PRICE GUARANTEE?
If you receive a written quote for identical services at a lower price, just fax the competitor’s estimate to Bluestone at 708-598-9512 and a new Bluestone contract for 5% less will be issued. Valid only prior to commencement of services. This Best Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
Terms and conditions:
- Best Price Guarantee – In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate than through Bluestone Environmental prior to the start of contract services, we will revise the contract for 5% less than the competitor’s price.
- Notifying Bluestone of a Lower Price – You must contact us at 1-800-708-9053 prior to Bluestone’s arrival onsite to commence services, mentioning that you are seeking a price adjustment under the Best Price Guarantee. The competitor’s lower rate must be applicable for the same time frame as that of the services being conducted by Bluestone (e.g. emergency response, weekend work, night-time work).
- Must be Like-Comparison – The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact services matches, for example, the amount of materials to be remediated or removed, methods utilized, environmental controls utilized, brand of chemical and products utilized, duration of project, response timeframe, and scope of work.
- Verification of Claims – All price adjustment requests are subject to verification by Bluestone. Bluestone will not accept competitor proposals which appear to be altered or modified by handwriting. Competitor proposals must be typed and clearly legible, with the company name, address, and contact information present. Hand-written proposals, verbal quotes, illegible faxes, or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Bluestone will not be honored, or will Bluestone verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or that is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
- Limitations – Bluestone allows a maximum of one (1) price adjustment per project or per calendar month, whichever is greater.
- Changes – Bluestone reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. No change in the Best Price Guarantee will affect any coupon that has already been issued to you. The failure by Bluestone to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
